Visiting Research Fellowship Program

Applications open!

ZARAH is part of the ERC-sponsored Visiting Research Fellowships Program.

The aim of the scheme is to promote the widening participation of excellent researchers in the ERC calls. Researchers from Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, the Republic of Serbia, Romania, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia (in some cases from particular institutions in these countries) are eligible. Visits are typically expected to begin in late autumn, few months after the launch of the relevant ERC call.

ERC Mentoring Initiative

Applications open!

ZARAH is part of the ERC Mentoring Initiative.

The ERC Mentoring Initiative targets local offices in the EU Member States and Associated Countries that organize, region/nation-wide, hands-on sessions for pre-selected Principal Investigators (PIs) preparing an ERC research proposal. ERC support will consist of identifying ERC grantees and former panel members who could serve as external mentors to help the pre-selected PIs to strengthen the quality of their application, enabling them to get expert scientific feedback on their proposal (or mock interviews) before submission. National/regional offices are envisaged to participate. The program is not intended to serve individual research organizations.
